Ruby is visiting Las Vegas for the winter and is ready to hit the national parks. She can be found during the summer in northern Utah. She frequents Yellowstone and northern Utah but wants to see our mighty 5 National parks. She is a bunkhouse floorplan and ready for the whole family or those wanting extra space. She sleeps 8 adults comfortably but could handle 2 extra small kids inside. If having a party over 8 please let us know so we can pack it accordingly. There is a regular-size cool gel memory foam queen mattress in the master, 2 teddy bear bunks, a full-size sofa bed, a full-size dinette, and a queen above the cab bed. The bunk beds convert to an extra dinette table. She has 5 TVs! One outside, and 4 inside.We include all bedding, towels, table, chairs, kitchen services, utensils, BBQ, games, cooler and complimentary propane plus so much more. Even RV toilet paper is provided in this rental. We have thought of everything, all you need is to pick up your food and beverages before you hit the road. We do supply inventory lists to help when planning and packing for your trip. We have thought of everything when furnishing our RV. Towing is allowed with approval up to 5000 lbs. The receiver will be locked unless approved to use.Campsites are required nightly with a minimum of 30 amp electric only required. Before departure, all reservations will be verified. The reason is that we do not want to risk mechanical damage to the RVs by these temperatures due to extreme weather (hot and cold) in the most traveled areas. We rather have you and your family safe and comfortable. Optimal operation of the RV occurs when on shore power versus the generators.We have added Kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, bikes, inflatable boats, and cargo or bike racks to our list of rentals we offer. We have bikes in various sizes as well as kids’ trailers and attachments. Bike/kayak rack rental is on the forum, both types of rentals are done separately. Rental packages are available. Message for price list. Bike rentals have been huge with our guests being able to ride all over and see more things. Low rates.Festival-friendly unit with event fee’s based on the event. All events carry the standard required event fee except Burning man and Sturgis. The burning man carries a larger deposit plus a class C surcharge. All events get paper goods for the entire trip for all guests, they get extra propane allowance, extra coolers, free final dirty dump, canopy if allowed and so much more. We make sure you have what is allowed in the event. Please make sure to disclose if attending an event.Delivery is case by case depending on schedule. We are less than 15 miles from the airport and have a quick Uber/Lyft ride. Rv is not permitted at the airport due to her size. A local rv owner did lose the top of their unit at the airport nor realizing the 7ft clearance. and we have had one stuck so this is a no exception rule for your safety. RecommandationsWe are located close to Lake Mead, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Red Rock, Valley of Fire, and only 4 hours from Disneyland. We have many trips to Yellowstone, yosemite, Texas and the California coastline up to San Francisco. We are located so you can see anything you desire when you take the wheel. These units all travel inside national parks without any worries or restrictions.

If anything breaks during your rental, notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without our approval. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit (clearance 12 ft). Canada or Mexico travel is NOT permitted. If we have to wait more than 1/2 after the arranged pick-up/drop-off time, you will be charged $100 every half hour. If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and we have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged.
If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. All your information is in your binder.
Our RV Rental will be stocked for 8 guests The Rv Prep Fee that includes laundering and sanitizing and the final propane fill plus all the furnishings. We are required to sanitize the units for your safety and ours which is a process. All Rentals are expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, and mud. Gas will be FULL when you receive it and we expect gas to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee. Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, No pets and No candles inside the Rv.

If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. All your information is in your binder.
Our RV Rental will be stocked for 8 guests The Rv Prep Fee that includes laundering and sanitizing and the final propane fill plus all the furnishings. We are required to sanitize the units for your safety and ours which is a process. All Rentals are expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, and mud. Gas will be FULL when you receive it and we expect gas to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee. Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, No pets and No candles inside the Rv.

Rv is not permitted at the airport due to her size. A local rv owner did lose the top of their unit at the airport nor realizing the 7ft clearance. and we have had one stuck so this is a no exception rule for your safety. RecommandationsWe are located close to Lake Mead, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Red Rock, Valley of Fire, and only 4 hours from Disneyland. We have many trips to Yellowstone, yosemite, Texas and the California coastline up to San Francisco. We are located so you can see anything you desire when you take the wheel. These units all travel inside national parks without any worries or restrictions.
