Our host gave us the 5-star treatment from start to finish. Vicki picked us up at the airport and quickly checked us in getting us on our way. She provided several items that we would have had to locate and purchase which again made our trip start easy and comfortable. (cooler, step stool, bear spray)...and at the end of our trip she dropped us off at the ticket counter entrance. Couldn't be any easier travel.
The Van we used was in good condition and served us well. Plenty of luggage storage for the 8 of us adults on the trip. It wasn't half bad on gas mileage also. I'm sad that Vicki doesn't have van rentals all over the US because it's much better than a rental car dealership that we usually use. I think I'll try Outdoorsy again next year for our trip thru Maine and Nova Scotia. I just hope whoever I get can match the service and quality we got with Vicki!!

Vicky is topnotch. Vicky is a great communicator and timely to respond to questions. She was right on time meeting us at the airport even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours or more. When we arrived at her house to return the van she was right there to take us to the airport. Van was clean and well maintained. Very happy with the rental. Hope to rent from her again on another trip.

We had a 2 week vacation and visited Banff, Jasper, Yoho, and Glacier national parks. This vehicle was a blessing for our large family because of the vans easy drive, roomy inside, and extra bonus for luggage on that top rack! The owner was Incredible to us. I had contacted her numerous times up to our trip about various things and she was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the area and the parks system. She also provided a large cooler for us to keep all of our items in and it was very helpful as we were bouncing around and didn’t want to grocery shop often. Without this rental our long road trips would not have been as enjoyable. Everyone had space for luggage and naps 😉 we will 💯 percent rent from them again! And hopefully sooner than later 🤩

Vicky, Unfortunately on our first day headed back from Big Fork a gravel truck passed and threw a rock on his way by hitting and putting a circular crack on the lower passenger side front window. Very sorry but other than that the Van worked perfectly and we very much enjoyed our 2 day in and around the Glacier Park area. Let
me know how to proceed with dealing with the windshield damage. Dave.

Vicky is one of the kindest people in the world. She was great to work with and very accommodating with her planning and local knowledge. The RV did its job getting us up and down the hills and transporting our group from Whitefish to both sides of Glacier National Park. It was awesome working with a true professional before and after our trip to assure we had the transportation covered!

Both Vicky & the van exceeded our expectations! Vicky was incredibly helpful getting us all set up for our trip, during planning and once we landed. The van was in awesome shape, drove really nicely for such a big machine, and had A/C for every row. We loved the van life and would totally rent it again. I recommend using an aux cord (or use the one we left behind by accident.. oops)!

Loved our experience with the 12 passenger van! I would definitely rent a van over any SUV at big box rental company hands down. Vicki was wonderful from the initial reservation to the drop off. She provided great information, quick to respond and so thankful for the reminder texts she sent. The van was very clean, supplied with 2 USB car chargers for a totally of 4 USB ports which was a nice surprise. We also rented 2 cans of bear spray for our group of 7 and also the cooler. Those were great add-ons and totally worth it. (we didn't have to use the spray though!) The van ran and road smoothly. Amazing condition. Outdoorsy saved my Glacier National Park vacation as all rental cars were booked during our vacation. I would rent from Vicki and through Outdoorsy again!!

The van was exactly what our group needed to travel around whitefish and Glacier National Park. Vicky had great communication and accommodated our pick up/drop off times to and from the airport. The van was spotless and the A/C worked great. We also rented camping chairs and a cooler, which came handy. I highly recommend Vicky for anyone traveling in/around the national park, she made our travel accommodations easy and stress free.

From the start, Vicky was very polite and helpful. The van was in great condition both inside and out. We had the van for a week and it rode smoothly, comfortably and without any problems. There was nine of us and we all had plenty of room to stretch for the long drives from town to town. If we ever find ourselves back in Montana, we will definitely use Vicky’s van again.

The van was perfect for everything our group needed! Handled all the roads perfectly and was very clean and brand new feeling. I would definitely rent this van again in the future when I come back up here.
