Your amazing camping trip will start In this brand new 2019 bunk house that sleeps up to 9 that comes fully stocked with all your camping essentials! Queen bedroom with pocket sliding doors with new 10" gel memory foam mattress, 2 full size corner bunks, large u-shaped dinette and fold out couch. It even has a small tub for those traveling with little people.You will stay nice and cool with the ventilated AC or warm and cozy with its electric fire place that can be just looks or put out heat.While sitting buy the fire, the camper comes with camping chairs, an outdoor tv hookup/mount and an outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, ice maker, 2 burner stove and outdoor sink.For no extra fee, we include: - cooking utensils - pots/pans - silverware - plates, bowls, cups -a coffee pot -coffee mugs -cutting board - knife - outdoor mat -camp chairsYou will sleep like a baby in the Queen bed that has 2 pillows, fitted, top sheet, and comforter. Your kids will have fun in the bunk beds that have fitted sheet only. Bring your own sleeping bag and/or additional bedding and pillows for the bunkhouse.Strict NO Smoking policy in the RV. you will loose your entire security deposit if you smoke in the camper.$50 dumping fee if RV is not dumped, and no discussion prior to rental regarding an inability to dump.Pickup is at 2pm the first day of your rental. Return time on the last day of your rental is noon. If there is a need for a late or early pick up or return please message me to arrange.If you are using the Instabook feature, please keep in mind that we will need all contact information to get in contact with you immediately so that we can verify all of your rental information, as well as add on information. Additionally when towing, tow vehicle must be verified to confirm capabilities.

We had a great time in Jeff's RV for our New Year's camping celebration. The RV was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and then some. Jeff explained the details of the RV very thoroughly which we (city slickers) needed. We slept like babies and enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer. Communication with Jeff was courteous and prompt which was appreciated. We would definitely rent from Jeff again. Thank you for making our vacation awesome!
