We had a great experience with on the move rentals, the RV was great and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We had great communication from the host throughout our trip!

What a hassle. Do not trust what the owner or his wife tells you in person because they go back on their word.
So many technical issues with the RV. The generator would just shut off for no reason (plenty of gas) and would not leave internal batteries charged. solar would not hold a charge so we couldn't plug in phones or cpap at night. Also, the AC doesn't really work. it was pretty much always hotter inside than it was outside.
Plus the leveling blocks they included were super cheap and not nearly tough enough to use. and the black tank never properly emptied. but we brought our receipt to show we paid to have it emptiedWhen we picked up the RV and got it home to start packing, it was full of half used crap. like they forgot to clean it out after their family vacation or something. the drawers and many cabinets were so full of stuff we had no room for our food and supplies. so we put it in shopping bags and then put those into a box. It was so much stuff that it overfilled a massive moving box. We of course returned the items but we didn't know where it all went. The owner was so petty about this that they charged us a late return (which upon drop off we were told not to worry about the charge) and they charged us a black water dumping fee (again, we told of the dumping issue upon drop off and were told that this happens, and not to worry about it) but he was so upset about his giant box of crap not being put back that he said "normally we'd be flexible about these charges but I had to take time to put the box of stuff away".

We were first time RV users and had an awesome trip. The RV was great and Clayton is an excellent host, who provided everything we needed. Linens, kitchen utensils, and even camping chairs were provided at no extra charge. There is also a Youtube video showing how to operate different functions of the RV that was very helpful. Clayton was available when we had questions on our trip and was prompt in his responses. I would definitely recommend On The Move Rentals.

We had a great time with this RV on a trip to the Big 5 national parks in Utah. It performed great on the heavy uphill/downhill terrain of the area. The RV was well equipped with most everything you would need. When we dry camped on BLM land in the Nevada dessert one night, we could hardly tell the difference from bring on a full hook up.

Clayton was really helpful, the YouTube video about the motorhome was perfect. Everything worked perfectly, we even pulled a motorcycle trailer.

On the Move was friendly, thorough and professional. The RV had everything an airbnb would (well, within camping reason). It was clean, the propane was full and the batteries replenished daily due to solar panels. We've rented RVs before and it left us feeling like tenting would be as good. Not this time! I would rent from this family many times over. Excellent service!

We had an awesome trip! Clayton was super responsive, answered all my pre trip questions quickly. He also made sure we had everything we needed to make sure we had a great time. We loved rolling out the carpet, setting up the chairs and table to star gaze each night. Highly recommend renting this RV!

Our family of 4 spent three weeks traveling the Southwest in Clayton’s wonderful RV. It was our first experience with RV life and Clayton was a first class host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had good equipment, good knowledge, and great support during the whole trip. He even loaned us his crock pot! Highly recommend Clayton.

We had a fabulous trip exploring Arizona in this RV. It was perfect for our family of 4. Clayton was great to work and added a lot of nice extras (trash bags, chairs, games, bandaids and kitchen stuff to name a a few) to make it even more comfortable. Worked with us on pick up and drop off, and was available for questions during the trip.

My girlfriend and I are first time RVers and we had a trip of a lifetime. Clayton met us at the Phoenix airport which was really convenient and explained everything. There was even a YouTube we could reference if we forgot. We boondocked across the state for a couple days and enjoyed incredible views and the quiet peace that only those locations can bring. Anytime we had any questions Clayton responded promptly to address our matters. Th RV drove well on the windy roads as well as the highway and it was very comfortable for the two of us for a week. Highly recommend!

We had a good time in Payson with the RV. We roughed it with no hookups. Clayton ,the owner ,explained everything we needed very well, and was very punctual with drop off and pickup.Comfortable for the 3 of us. Easy to drive .

We had a blast as a family rent this RV. It was our first time using an RV, and camping with our 1 year old. We went up to Telluride and the San Juan Skyway. The RV was easy to drive and comfortable, especially after Claytons instruction video that guided us before pick up. We would definitely rent again!

Clayton was a fabulous help! Very thorough in his instructions for us first-time RV renters. Loved the slider as it gave us so much more room. It was SO nice traveling with everything with us. Family reunion in Kansas and 2444 miles later we are sold!! We will definitely travel in an RV again!!

Clayton and his RV was amazing. The rig was perfect for our Arizona jaunt. He met us at the Phoenix airport, had a terrific video to explain all the details of the rig and we were set. The RV was all set with linens, towels, kitchen necessaries. We boondocked the entire time with no problems. Went up to the Grand Canyon and explored Flagstaff and Sedona. Highly recommend Clayton and his terrific RV.

Clayton was extremely thorough in his orientation of the vehicle. It was our first time renting and it was so smooth! Easy to drive, even for beginner, drove in the snow on our way to the Grand Canyon. Heater worked great, shower and stove were perfect. Clayton was flexible with pick up/drop off times. Will definitely rent from them again in the future.

This was my first time driving and renting an RV. I took a trip with my two kids and everything was great! Clayton was super helpful, gave clear direction, the rig was clean and easy to drive. I would definitely rent from them again. The thing I liked best about the RV was the solar which ment we only used the generator once for 30 minutes to charge the batteries the whole trip (it was a rainy day)! I hate the sound of generators so this was awesome! As experienced tent campers were were thoughtful about our energy use but we used what we needed when we needed it and had plenty of battery. It was cold at night where were camping and it was so cosy with the propane heat. The RV was spacious with the slide room which made it comfortable for a Mom, two kids and a 30lb dog. The kitchen is totally workable and nice but understandably small for folks who cooked every meal. If I did it again I would also bring my campstove and a bigger pan for outdoor cooking when its nice out. Thats half the fun of camping right! When I had questions on the road, Clayton replied by text and call right away. The whole thing was a great and easy trip!

My wife, daughter, and I rented this RV from clayton and his family for a weekend at the racetrack. The size and layout of everything was perfect for the 3 of us and it towed my car easily. Operating everything, the kitchen, slide-out, bathroom, and cabin controls, was all pretty intuitive. And on top of all that everything was spotless when we picked it up. Awesome rig and an awesome family to rent from.
