Our rig is well maintained and extremely clean!A full size double door refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer will keep all your goodies cold on your vacation.We clean and prep our units as well as stock the pantry with condiments and the things you'll need to make your trips more enjoyable.Great for short or long trips. This unit is a pleasure to drive and comes equipped with back-up and side camera's. When cooking inside the unit, please operate exhaust fan above stove. For excessive interior odors, the bathroom vent fan is also available. Any excessive odors on return may result in a $250 Deep Cleaning FeeTravel Restrictions: Our RV units are NOT allowed to travel into Mexico & our insurance does not cover you or the unit in Mexico. No travel allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. Only exception to this is a non- paved road inside a licensed RV Park. Crossing into Mexico will cause the unit to be reported stolen and the total loss of your security deposit.All tolls will be charged to the EZ PASS on the RV. The totals will be deducted from the security deposit.Please return the RV with a full tank of gas for the next renter. If we need to add fuel, the charge will be $50 for the service plus actual fuel costs for the fill-up.No towing is allowed with this unit.Awnings/Leveling System: Please use extreme care when using the awnings and leveling system. This was our first time renting an RV. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ed was very accommodating and easy to talk to. We ran into some minor issues with the RV while away but we were able to call Ed and he would walk us through step by step to get whatever it was corrected. The RV is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious! Perfect for a large group to getaway and feel comfortable. We enjoyed this rental very much.
