2019 Dodge Ram 1500
I converted this van myself in the summer of 2020. The dining table can seat four people and when the table is lowered, it becomes a full-sized bed. The bed is raised allowing for tons of storage underneath. The kitchen is also stocked with storage with many drawers and two overhead cabinets. There is a two-burner stove, a sink, and all kitchen supplies are provided (dishes, pots, and pans, utensils, french press, spices, olive oil, etc). I have a portable fire pit in the back as well as a metal grill to be placed over a fire. There are hardwood floors, cedar walls, a fridge, and dimmable lights throughout the van. The electricity in the van is powered by solar and the electrical system is hooked up to the car battery, so it charges while you drive providing a totally off-grid experience.
