The van must be returned with a full tank of gas, everything cleaned, all items in their right place, and ready to be handed off to the next renter. Any deviation from that outline will result in the full security deposit being kept.You can convert the futon bed into a full-size bed easily.
Most of the outdoor odds and ends will be in the van for you.
I can let you borrow some fishing poles if you'd like.
I have a foldable Oru kayak that I might be able to loan you as well.
The van is excellent and very liveable. I spent about a year living in it and loved it.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Electric, just plug in the black cable from the inverter into the electrical outlet or use the long orange one that leads to the front of the van. https://photos.app.goo.gl/kqMTpbH8QNk5a2wp7.
There isn't a water hook perse but you can fill the buckets up with water and add cleaning tablets. You must return the van with buckets completely full.
Sewage, just empty the pee from the bucket. Empty the composting toilet bowl as outlined by Natures Head Composting youtube videos, every month.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We require that you notify us 3 days before pick-up. You need to let us know when you'd like to pick it up so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. You may be asked to pick up the van at a later time in the day depending on our schedule. We try to remain as flexible as possible.
Delivery to Traverse City, or anywhere within a 50-mile radius, unless it's already there, will be a charge of $100.
