The Coachman Freelander 31BH has two slide outs: bedroom with queen bed and plenty of storage space and dual bunk beds. Bottom bunk bed turns into a small table for two people. There is an overhead bunk above the cab. Bathroom comes with toilet, shower, and sink. Kitchen comes with a 3 burner stove, microwave, sink, storage.** Owner's note: If you are reading the review from Jim P, please ask me any questions. He made it very inconvenient for me to rent to him. He kept changing the times for pick up (which is why it was inconvient). He was to pick it up at 4 pm; he wanted it at 10 am ($100 early pick up fee) and showed up at 8:30 am, which is why it seemed “unorganized to home.” Once again, his review of us was not verified or accurate.**Ce qui est inclusWhat's included in the rental:
Sewer hose, water hose (2), silverware, mixing bowls, pots/pans, hangers, kitchen utensils, small k-cup machine, plastic cups - regular and small plates, steak knives, 4' tables (2). No towels are linens are supplied by the owner.
There are 4 TV's in the RV (one above the cab, one by the bunks, one in the bedroom, and one in outside storage. All TV's come with remotes.RecommandationsPlease note:

There is absolutely NO smoking in the RV; no climbing on the ladder and/or roof, please adhere to the weight limit in the bunkhouse and above the cab.
