In the Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo area this family trailer is just 5 minutes from highway 401 for quick access to get on your way. located. This 22 foot trailer cozy trailer is packed with all the essentials for a family camping adventure. Has a complete kitchen, (3 way fridge, hot water heater), washroom with toilet and shower, air conditioning and furnace and is 3 season insulation rated. Trailer has a comfy Queen size bed with privacy curtain, 2 single bunks for the kids and 2 seat bench dinette that can also be turned into a single bed for a small person or child. This trailer is ready to go for any situation that family camping can throw at it. Hydro and Water hook ups, grey water tank, black water tank, easy to set up awning outside with outdoor lighting and TV antenna (no tv included). Good weather or bad weather doesn’t matter as this trailer is ready for it all.
Trailer is 2930 lbs and pulls so well you might just forget its behind you while on the road. We ask that the trailer is returned in broom swept clean condition, cleaning charges will apply if the trailer is returned in a mess (100$ from deposit) and if returned with out the black water tank emptied..Please contact me if you intend to bring a pet. We are pet friendly and may have some general questions; please be aware that any pet damage will be charged back to the renter and will be taken out of the deposit.***If you plan to tow please contact me so I can ensure you have the proper vehicle. If you need a hitch, I might be able to help as I have spares, if you need a brake controller I have one of those as well, and I will be available at all times by phone and text during your trip to assist any way possible.You will need to bring your own bedding and camping equipment, if you are missing equipment we may be able to help as we have some camping equipment we might be able to include with the trailer.Any questions or concerns please let us know, we are happy to answer.Features of the trailer:
