Overall we had a great experience. The RV was nice and our kids loved the bunk room. The main issue was the bad smell that started after the very first flush when Wesley did the walk-thru. He said the smell was normal and would go away. Unfortunately the smell stuck around and anytime we flushed it came back worse than before. No one even went number two until the very last day (we were afraid it would make the smell worse so we used the camp site restrooms for that). Some friends of ours had pellets and helped us clear it out as much as possible, thankfully. Wesley was very nice and did offer to come fix it after I complained to him the last night, but we decided to just deal with it. Otherwise everything by looked and worked as we expected.

Todd, was very nice, very accommodating and very communicative. Would definitely recommend his services.
