Tim and Julie. We have been camping all our lives. We will celebrate 15 years married on May 6. There have been lots of trips, but our trip to Florida in December 2018, and our trip to California in 2019, would have to be the best. Both with our Keystone Cougar.

Unfortunately; we had too many issues with this otherwise big & beautiful camper. Camper was not properly cleaned; however in fairness to our host Tim, we had arranged to pick it up a few hours earlier than scheduled.
There were electrical issues when we took possession; which seemed to have had been resolved before our departure. As soon as we got to our campground the electrical issues were back; and nothing worked. As well, there was no Waste Hose provided with camper.
It took a week to fully resolve all issues due to a calamity of uncontrollable circumstances.
Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance and a local RV Repair company; fellow campers and campground staff helped immensely in managing my blood pressure.
Tim, did his best, from a couple of hundred miles away to assist; as well as incur a major repair bill.

Tim is a very nice and helpful RV owner! He gave us a lot of tips when we picked up the RV. RV is nice and clean, has everything you need inside.

I would like to leave this review to thank Tim and Julie for the use of their trailer. They provided our family with a super clean and amazingly stocked accommodation to enjoy our trip and make memories together. Tim was very patient and answered all questions and made himself available if needed. I would highly recommend using Tim and look forward to booking again. Thanks again guys.

I will pull it wherever you want. Tell me how far, and I will give you a quote thru Outdoorsy. It is not cheap to pull a long way, however the cost is way less than buying the Unit.
