She still has the new smell. Very clean and maintained well! Perfect for a a family of 4-5. She has an electric awning that makes it easy to entertain outdoors. This beauty is beautiful from the inside out and very functional! Has a large queen bed, a bunk bed and a small double bed that converts from the table. We purchased a generator that’s available to add on if you are camping somewhere without hook ups. She comes with 2 full propane tanks so you wont have to worry about refilling yourself on your trip. We have a hitch you can use for no extra charge if needed. We also send you with weight distribution bars you can use if towing. The owners were extremely thoughtful in managing this experience for us. We were hosting a family reunion at our house and needed some additional space to sleep people. They followed up with us, accommodated changes and we’re prompt in setting up the trailers. Bedding was provided to help with the experience. I highly recommend renting any trailer or RV from this couple again in the future.

The rv was just what we needed. The owners are absolutely amazing Godly people. If there were more people like them in the world, it would be a much better place. They explained and demonstrated everything very well. I'm certain I will be renting from them again.
