Best Family Value! Sleeps 7! Please note two of the bunks are full size and will sleep two kids each or one adult each. The kitchen table goes down and can sleep two small children or one adult. The queen size master bed sleeps 2. Camper cannot leave the state of Ohio* We can deliver and set up or you can take it on the road yourself!! Perfect size to pull yourself with any large SUV or truck. However if this is not an option for you, we will gladly deliver/set up pickup for one time additional fee. This compact camper has all the amenities and goodies you need for the perfect get away experience. It will easily fit in many sites that other RV’s cannot. Festival and dog friendly! Hello All, we have enjoyed many years with our children exploring the US. We have taken long trips up the East Coast to Maine (Bar Harbor) is our Favorite place to camp! We have traveled out West two times! The photo above is from Glacier National Park. This is a gorgeous place to go! Along the way we have met wonderful people and made life long new friends. We hope you too will enjoy the memories you will make with your friends or family.

The RV was exactly as described and was exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything worked great! Tracy and her husband were fantastic and so accommodating! I will definitely use them again if we do this trip in the future!

My son and I had a wonderful camping trip, one he will never forget! The RV we rented from Tracy was perfect. It was super clean and the size was perfect for us. Tracy and her husband went out of their way to make sure our trip was painless from the setup to pickup. Highly recommend this RV for your next trip...wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful trip. Tracey was extremely helpful. They delivered the RV on time and was Extremely thorough on her walk through with us on how to operate everything. The RV was perfect. Clean, comfortable and comes with with everything you need. Highly recommend.

This was our first time towing a camper! All went smoothly, and my husband had it set up and functional in no time. This was the perfect size for us and our dogs.

Q.Why don't you charge a Cleaning or Prep Fee as many of the other owners on here do?
R.
We expect the camper to be as clean as when we gave it to you when it is returned. We do run an ionizer between rentals and wipe all touch points down. This keeps your cost down renting from us, and our time spending hours cleaning it! We have never had a bad customer and the campers have always came back as clean as when we gave them to the renter.
Q.Do you need a brake controller to pull this camper?
R.
Yes! The brake controller works the camper brakes and is required for all our rentals. No exceptions.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Depending on our work schedule we can adjust the pick up and drop off times. Please ask if you need a specific time. Thursdays and Sunday's are our normal delivery days, and we can accommodate most schedules on those days.
Q.Why don't you allow the use of the electric awning on this camper?
R.
We have seen too many awnings from other owners be damaged. Even in bright sunlight the wind can tear them off. The average cost to replace one is $3,000. Insurance does not cover this. We instead provide a larger Coleman canopy 13x13 that costs only $215.00 to replace and is taken out of the renters deposit if damaged while in their possession.
