We LOVED this camper. It was our first time doing a trip like this and this camper couldn’t have been more perfect for us. It was easier to drive than we anticipated (pretty much like driving a regular pickup truck), and it was great for both city and for off-road/camping/boondocking. Easy to park, easy to maneuver, and the bed and linens were luxuriously comfortable, better than most hotels we stay in. By the end of the trip it felt like our home and I even hugged it goodbye😂. Jennifer was wonderful too- responsive, dependable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful with the way the inside of the camper was outfitted and stocked.

The Longhorn fox met our needs very well: comfortable, clean, stocked with amenities, and no worries about lodging which allows freedom to discover Alaska on your terms. Jennifer and Patrick provided us with trip planning information and a thorough walk through on operation of the vehicle and camping unit. Also included an easy-to-read manual of operating instructions. Highly recommend this vehicle and working with the owners. Visitors from SE Minnesota.

We had such an awesome trip!
The ease of camping in Alaska gave us freedom to roam and do exactly what we wanted to do.
Jennifer has thought of everything (down to the s’mores) and helped to make our adventure an absolute dream.
She is very knowledgeable about the rig as well as the state of AK & gave us some great tips/advice. Such a pleasure to work with. We already want to plan another visit bk out in the camper!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family camping trip into the beautiful Alaska Kenai Peninsula! Great communication and orientation to the Arctic Fox with our hosts. Comfortable driving and sleeping with a thoughtful assortment of camping and cooking supplies. Thank you to Jennifer and Patrick for an unforgettable experience!

I boondocked in AK for around three weeks. The rig was great and the timing of everything was perfect. The owners were responsive to any issues. No problems getting the rig on/off the ferry to Valdez either. Will definitely book again.

This was our second year using the Artic Fox. It is perfectly equipped for our needs and the owners, Jennifer and Patrick couldn’t be more accommodating. We even brought our 9 month along this year and they provided a pack n play that fit in cabin so we didn’t have to lug ours from Texas. They think of everything and can even modify what they include in camper to your specific needs. We’re very pleased with our rental and always enjoy visiting with Jennifer and Patrick at pick up and drop off. 5 stars all around.

The owners were great to work with from beginning to end. The truck camper had everything we needed! We met up with Patrick halfway through our trip for clean linens and to go over some damage, it was taken care of on our return. Jennifer and Patrick gave us suggestions for some great campsites. They were there if needed and stayed in touch! Great experience!

The Longhorn Fox truck camper we rented through Outdoorsy from Jennifer was a great unit for my wife and I. We used it for 12 days and everything worked fine.
The refrigerator and kitchen area were surprisingly large and the wet bath was big enough to be comfortable in. The slide containing the dinette and fridge contributed to the unit being roomy. Everything in the unit worked, although the generator was a little hard to start but we didn't use it very much so that may have been a contributing factor.
The truck was well equipped, comfortable, and roomy. It drove and handled well and considering the high center of gravity it felt quite stable.
My wife and I are both in our upper 60s and found the bed to be a little difficult to climb into but once we got the method figured out it was ok. I'm sure a more flexible person would have no trouble.
The customer service from Jennifer and Patrick was outstanding and any questions we had were quickly answered. The welcome basket was a really nice touch, not expected, but a really nice gesture on their part.
The unit was well equipped and well maintained. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of this unit.
Overall it was great experience, a great unit, and we were are very satisfied with our choice of the Longhorn Fox. We spent 12 days and covered almost 2000 miles and the only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer.

What a great deal! To have a rental car, hotel and meals (after buying what you want to cook) all rolled up in to one sweet, clean, comfortable package. The best way to see Alaska! Jennifer & Patrick provided us with a extremely clean, well stocked, camper and very safe, comfortable truck to explore in. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off after our grand adventure. All questions and concerns were answered promptly and with kindness. Hoping to be back to Alaska soon!

Jennifer and Patrick thought of everything! The Longhorn Fox comes with everything you need and more. It was very clean, well stocked, easy to use, and worked perfectly for our first Alaskan road trip. They even got us a few extras to make the experience perfect for our 4 month old son. Highly recommend!

Jennifer & Patrick were amazing. Everything from the communication to the camper to the added stuff (like firewood, utensils, spices etc) were top notch. We would highly recommend this and would definitely rent again from them if we are in alaska again.

My girlfriend and I rented the Artic Fox for four day trip up to Denali, and could not have been happier with the entire experience! This amazing rig was equipped with everything we needed for an absolute “lux” glamping experience...the queen bed was even more comfortable than my bed at home! Jennifer has thought of everything you might need, and the truck drives like a dream.
