Wandervans was so easy to deal with. The reservation and return process was extremely easy. The people I spoke to were very friendly, professional and more than willing to help. The campervan that I rented was clean and very comfortable. I will be using Wandervans again in the future and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Wandervans for helping with an amazing trip!!!

The van rode a little rough (tire alignment?) and the emission light came on during the trip, but appeared to result in no major issues. There was a dent in the passenger slide door when we picked it up and this made closing the passenger slide door a little tricky. The van seemed a little dusty within the interior. The fridge worked good and the cooking supplies were good.

The vehicle, although many squeaky noises while driving, was roomy and very comfortable. Pick up was easy. Nice fridge. Didn’t use the sink much as we had bottled water. The back fans did not always work when we needed them for warm evenings. We were shorted a propane canister, I emailed, and never heard back. I understand the need for rules, but they seemed excessive - I worried about what we might be charged for even though we treated the van as our own. In the end, we were satisfied and may even rent again. We answered a lot of questions from those on the road interested in renting as well. We encouraged that they try.

Easy pick up, great communication, van we had rode smooth. Beds in van were also comfortable! Would reuse Wandervans for another trip in the future!

Night before pickup add on and the late drop off for a local weekend trip is great. Allows us to take our time packing and unpacking

Outdoorsy and Wandervans were fantastically easy to work with! We were able to locate and load up our van with no issues at all. The van was cozy but perfect for our family as we traveled around the 4-corner states. We were able to see Colorado National Monument, Pikes Peak, Great Sand Dunes NP, Grand Canyon NP, and Zion NP (along with all the beautiful fall colors along the way)! The only real disappointment was that we didn't get to go through Petrified Forest NP due to the 2025 gov't shutdown. It just gives us a reason to go back, right? Adventure on!

We had a great time camping in the mid-sized Wandervan. It was the perfect vehicle for our trip. Being able to see out all the windows was a strong reason for choosing this van. We could pull into regular parking spaces at parks, restaurants, etc. We were able to camp in places that were restful and uncrowded. One was by a river with huge fish and a scenic rock ridge on the other side. We had a flat tire on the first day out. The Wandervan contact was very helpful in guiding us about our options. The bed was comfy. It was great having a working sink as our companions did not. The vehicle handled well for most of our trip except the last day when cross winds did catch us a few times. Overall the built-in features of lights, fans, heater and fridge were helpful. Though we did not need them, the add-on options are helpful for out of state travellers. I also especially liked the convenience of the contactless check-in/check-out system. We would definitely rent again from this group if the opportunity presents.

Within driving ten miles from the pickup location started having tire issues, front right tire was low and clearly had not be topped off with air before pickup. Couldn’t get tire sensor to reset, reached out to the company but took two hours to get a response even though reached out during their open business hours. Then when we went to use the cooking supplies you could see food residue on the pots and pans. Assumed we would have received properly cleaned dishes for the price we were paying on the rental.
Talked to the gentleman in charge and his response/excuse for the problem was he had a newer younger gentleman working for him who must have not checked everything. Not the most professional response. Would not rent again.

Generally a good experience, but definitely would have been improved with coverings for the back windows and a higher daily mileage allowance.
