This RV is very nice, and our family had a great time. Unfortunately during the trip, while driving, a large cabinet in the front of the vehicle started to fall and we had to pull over and attempt to repair it with our children holding up the cabinet so we could get to our campsite. It was pretty scary and we actually had a cop car stop to see if we needed help. My husband and young sons spent hours trying to repair it enough for us to get home. Once we had cell service, I messaged the owner to let her know what happened. Her reply was less than apologetic, stating that we should have let her know earlier, which was impossible since we had no cell service. The owner did not take responsibility for the cabinet, and called it a minor manufacture issue, even though it was a major issue that could’ve caused a major accident. Since this was a huge inconvenience we expected maybe a small discount, and an appropriate apology and thank you for fixing the large cabinet, but instead we were met with a lot of things we could’ve done better; get pet approval (even though nothing was emailed or messaged stating we had to get pet approval, and their listing says pets allowed), we were told we were late to pick up (10 minutes), we verified a driver too late, etc. So this review is just to let you know that this rental comes with absolutely terrible customer service and a very immature owner who has clearly never done something like this before. This experience has scared us away from renting any RV’s for awhile.

We're happy to hear your family enjoyed the RV overall and sorry that parts of your experience fell short. We strive to provide excellent service, and our guests leave with 5-star experiences. Your initial message noted the great time you had with only a few issues. At return, your husband was very positive about the trip, but asked to confirm there’d be no charge for the cabinet, which was documented and signed. Based on our interaction, we believed the trip ended positively. Even so, as a goodwill gesture, we offered a future rental credit. It was not until after the return had been completed that you requested the cleaning fee be waived, but it had already been reduced, despite pet policy violations for allowing them on the furniture. Additionally, pickup was late and your driver was unconfirmed despite reminders, but we adjusted our schedule, at no cost to you, in an effort not to delay the start of your trip. We hope this added context helps others understand the full experience.

Wonderful trip in an amazing rv. Super clean, everything worked great and was an awesome place for our family of four to stay with tons of room.
