The rental still has a loud rattle when accelerating which I was told about is coming from the muffler. Was hoping that would be fixed since we rent Basalt every summer. Hopefully it will be addressed by next year?

Excellent experience! The van had everything we needed for an epic roadtrip across the NW and Canada. It was in excellent condition, provided space for our family of 5 plus a dog to ride in comfort, and provided protection from the elements when needed! We can't wait to rent again!

What a wonderful adventure! - made possible by the great guys at Road Trip Oregon! - and their wonderful vehicles! Each time I’ve rented from them over the last 3 years - I’ve been more than satisfied, thrilled!, with the camper van I’ve rented! Their service too is remarkable - each van has been completely well appointed with all the items I could have possibly needed. Check-in andcheck-out were extremely user friendly as well!

The power steering was not working properly which meant turning took maximum effort. I was told to leave propane on for fridge, but later found out that was only needed if not in motion or plugged into electrical.

Unfortunately, the auxillary battery died so I lost use of the fridge and water pump for 2/4 nights, which meant I needed to pivot due to loss of food and lack of water. The bed isn't comfy, so next time I'd bring my own mattress topper. Other than those 2 things, I thought the campervan was awesome. Easy to use the pop top and the awning.
