Delivery was 4 hours late, then company requested to pick RV up 2 hours early. RV was not very clean upon delivery (floors and shower did not seem to have been cleaned prior) and had a lot of damage to the interior wood surfaces. Generator would consistently die and was very difficult to start again (had to do so manually and would take 30 minutes-1 hour to start again-used entire bottle of oil provided on the first 3 days, generator would not start at all Saturday evening-Monday) Apple

RV Quest is as legit as it comes, Rachel helped me with the booking process and went above and beyond to make our special requests work. RV was spotless and rode smooth to Florida and back.

We had so much fun on our trip! The RV was perfect for us, we had a baby and a toddler with us so we needed the two rooms with doors. The staff was very helpful and answered every question we had! They were responsive and detailed in everything.

Quest RV was easy to deal with and fast to respond to issues during the trip even after hours. The location was good for pick up and drop off. Quest RV offered (for a fee) early pick up, late drop off, unlimited generator and other similar options. Parking provided for personal vehicle inside fenced area if needed. Exterior items such as water hose, electrical connections, and waste hose were provided. Exterior storage was adequate for small items, with only one compartment for larger items such as foldable chairs. Additional leveling blocks weren’t provided and a few times we had issues with automatic levelers being maxed out at campsites.
As far as the interior, the RV came barebones. Only a toaster and coffee maker were provided. Quest RV charges for all items such as towels, linens, and kitchen kits. Unlike other RV rentals that provide similar items. The interior design of this specific RV was not very functional for our use at primitive campsites. The two reclining chairs instead of a table/dinette, along with no counter space made prep of anything difficult. The bifold bed was a major annoyance when having to move RV slide out. The large rear closet was inaccessible when slide was in. The door rattled horrifically while driving. A towel was needed placed between screen door and main to make driving tolerable. Some screws and trim along bed and step inside “removed” themselves while driving and stuck out or completely fell out.
Overall Quest RV and this specific RV model met most our needs. We made our 9 day trip without major issues. Quest RV seemed to have a good selection of RV and Campers for rent.

Before the rental, I was very happy with their detailed and prompt communication. When we arrived, they seemed unprepared, and the overview was conducted by two people and they didn’t seem to be that familiar with the van. We had to call several times during the trip for issues, and they were always responsive, but it seemed we shouldn’t have to call that many times. The van fridge/freezer smelled like fish, particularly the freezer. I assumed I could sanitize it with Lysol wipes, but the smell never went away and permeated the van and our food the entire trip. We were never offered anything to remedy this or make up for this discomfort. Prior to our trip they offered a relaxed return of after 12pm. We paid the $100 for this, only to be told that they are closed on the weekends when we’re supposed to return, so nothing is done with that van until they get back on Monday-why did we pay for that? They didn’t tell us no one would be at the return and didn’t provide the gate code-so another call was needed

The RV was clean and in good condition, but the main A/C would only cool about 6 degrees below ambient temperature, even in the morning.
