The rental process by Jason and team was super quick and easy. All of them were very knowledgeable with questions, and helpful with my questions. The RV was clean and worked perfect for our trip.

Jason provided great communication and got us off on our trip quickly. There were a few minor hiccups with the RV but Jason helped us deal with those and was accommodating to our needs. The RV is nice and drove well!

We had a decent trip, despite some mishaps with the RV. The thermostat was missing its cover, and the furnace set off the smoke alarm the first time we used it (we suspect it was dusty). The shower leaked, so there was a little river through the RV each time we used it. The engine battery was dead when we were ready to leave the campground (mechanic said it was at the end of its life). So the rig needs some work. Also note that the listing says it has an oven (it does not) and a power awning (it’s manual, and not at all clear how to use it). I will say that Jason was very responsive to our messages.

We rented a Jayco Precept 34G for a week-long family getaway in North Cascades, and our host, Julie, truly exceeded our expectations in ensuring a perfect experience. She graciously allowed us to pick up the RV a day before our scheduled rental start date and return it at our convenience on the drop-off day.

As a RV newbie, I found this class C motorhome is very comfortable to drive and live in and I drived it all the way from Seattle to Yellowstone, making an impressive journey which I and my family enjoyed a lot.
