Beds could be more comfortable with possible more toppers available, a ladder to get to top bunk would be a plus and it rocked back and forth more than a cruise ship on a windy night. But customer service was completely on point most of the time. The camper was ready at time specified and the AC worked well along with the stove, sink and refrigerator. The outdoor mini fridge kept freezing our drinks causing them to explode. But overall great experience and I would use them again and I would refer them.

1st time renting and glamping. The camper was ready when we arrived and took time to cool off given the 95 degree day. Once it reached 70, the A/C worked perfectly all week. Remember to turn on water heater; we didn't and I took the 1st shower with tepid water. Washer/dryer was a bonus, was clean, and decent sized. Bed was firm. Shower clean. There were some tiny ants but I think that can just happen. We bought traps and by midweek they were almost gone. All in all, a great stay and will rent again!

I loved staying in my awesome camper from MRTV Rentals! Perfect for my dogs and I! MRTV crew did everything for set up & break down! They also were helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely use them again!

Owners were super nice to communicate with. Camper was setup way beforehand which made it great upon arrival. We loved the layout and functionality of this camper!

Excellent experience. Reserving was quick and easy, staff were extremely friendly. Camper was spotless upon arrival. Last minute electrical issue on our own camper almost made us miss vacation, until I found MTRV and the Lakewood site. Will definitely be recommending MTRV.

This was the EASIEST and BEST vacation! All we had to do was show up and enjoy! Tom and Amanda are amazing and quick to answer any questions you have. We will definitely be using MTRV again!

I was thoroughly impressed with my rental experience at MTRV Rentals, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner's responsiveness to my inquiries and eagerness to assist were particularly noteworthy. While I did encounter a few minor issues, I didn’t know how to use a few things , the owner and his wife addressed them promptly. Their dedication to providing outstanding customer service is highly commendable. I strongly recommend MTRV Rentals for a hassle-free rental experience. Our stay at Sun outdoors Myrtle Beach was delightful, serving as an ideal local getaway in the Myrtle Beach area. Thank you!

Overall had no real issues. We had an issue with grey water tank, but a quick response by your staff took care of it. Did have an issue with another in our party and this put several of us into a predicament. Had to scramble to make complete arrangements for those without a trailer.

The entire process was super easy and our little family had a wonderful vacation. The RV we picked was beautiful and perfect size for 2 adults and 2 littles (Arcadia). MTRV Rentals confirmed everything and delivered promptly. They also responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. We would definitely use your services again.

The camper smelled like cigarette smoke which we were not happy with.since it did say they had a strict policy against it. Could have been a little cleaner. The overall set up when we got there was awesome. We left a note at the camper of many repairs needed for it as well , I would probably rent another camper from them but not this particular one.
