Ray was a very friendly guy & had good information on where to camp out. Kauai is a beautiful place but make sure you have time to visit the whole island I recommend at least 5 - 7 Days. The van was well equiped and comfortable!! Thanks for the good times... Adam + Pam

SAVE YOURSELF- DO NOT BOOK WITH RAY. Please do not make the same mistake I did in trusting Ray. While he has other positive reviews and may be nice enough normally, he completely screwed me and should not be trusted to follow through on his end of the agreement. I booked this for the days leading up to my wedding. Everything seemed great until he cancelled the booking on me citing that he had double booked the vehicle. I am 6 weeks out from the Holidays (and my wedding) and there is nothing comparable to book through Outdoorsy (and really only a few options left) and literally 7 hotel rooms left on the island, most of which are over 1k per night. I am an outdoorsy public school teacher who was hoping for an adventure on the island leading up to my wedding, not the stress of facing astronomical hotels costs because I am booking late in one of the busiest times in Hawaii. Also, don't expect Outdoorsy to be of any help if you get screwed. Their comment was we are sorry and will refund your money and help you book something else if you want. There isn't anything else! I wouldn't trust the company as a whole if you need reliable lodging for a special event.

Had a great stay, pop tent was convenient with easy use and very clean. The FJ was a great vehicle to use on island, allowed us to get to places most rentals can’t get to. Definitely would recommend this stay to someone who wants the whole island experience.

The van was perfect ! Very comfy and clean. It was the best way to go around the island. Our host gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. He answered all of our questions and was quick to replied !

We loved the car we got! We got a great minivan with a very comfortable bed and the car ran perfectly! Will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend to anyone.

Lemon Drop Campers made my honeymoon possible! We were able to go everywhere on Kauai! Javi was also super communicative and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

Lemon drop campers changed the way I vacation! The team was so helpful and easy to work with, especially Angela!! The vehicle was perfect and had a camper on top that took minutes to set up.

Lemon drop was super convenient! Was able to get picked up and dropped off at the airport. Plus with all the provided equipment it made camping super easy. I will definitely book with them in the future! Thank you so much Angela and Javi!

I used one of Ray’s vans while in Kauai and it was perfect!! Clean, in great shape, fun to take all around the island, and perfect for packing up and adventuring. Ray is also great at communicating which made the whole experience that much better!! Thanks Ray!!

Javi's van was clean and the little lights in the back by the bed were a cute added touch! It was perfect for what we had planned during our trip- lots of flexibility in where we could go and sleep as we explored the island! Found a beachfront spots to sleep:) Would definitely do this again.

We had an excellent experience renting from Lemon Drop Campers!! The car had everything we needed to explore Kauai. It was very easy to use the roof top tent on the Pathfinder, and it was extremely comfortable to sleep in. Ray was great organizing our reservation - from booking to communicating before and during the trip, and orienting us to the car and recommendations for where to camp and hikes to do on the island. The best way to explore everything on Kauai!

So awesome!! Amazing staff, service, van, etc-- truly a wonderful experience! They're super nice, and the Toyota Sienna was a champ -- slept us 2 comfortably, and loved LemonDrop's recs for sites and camps. The van made our experience so exceptional! Would definitely rent from here agai.
