We had never rented through Outdoorsy or even traveled in an RV and TJ made our first experience unforgettable! Pickup and dropoff were totally smooth, and we found TJ to be accommodating and flexible. He accommodated both late return of the RV and storage of our primary vehicle during the days we were in the RV. Communication was stellar, before, during & after our trip. The RV itself is not fancy, but met every need, and was simple to use and comfortable to travel in. Our kids were in heaven, and we enjoyed being able to contain them at night more than tent camping. And we were so grateful for the RV when it snowed unexpectedly! All in all, an incredible experience that we would not hesitate to repeat!

My experience with TJ was great, he was very accommodating to some scheduling challenges and issues with the Outdoorsy website, so I was very grateful for that. The RV however, needs to be retired. We rented the same RV several years ago and it was just "fine" then, but now it's had its time. The black tank was full, so thank goodness we had hookups at our campsite and were able to drain it, but the toilet was completely clogged so we didn't even use it because I wasn't about to deal with that. There is a water leak under the sink somewhere so anytime we turned the pump on it leaked all over the floor and outside. Because of the leak, the water pump kept turning on every minute or so, so we ended up just leaving it off when not in use. There is a large crack between the side of the RV and the steps, so it looks like the side of the RV is going to fall off at any moment. The seals around the main door frames are held on by a single rivet at the top so they just fall down onto you and around you as you drive. The emergency window is broken and held in place with tape. Pretty sure that isn't safe. I could keep going but I think this gives you the idea. Not sure how RV's like this are able to be rented.

Hey Jason, I have since addressed the issues you have mentioned. I have reinforced the frame, fixed the leak from water heater tank, replaced the emergency window latch. Toilet is flushed and works well. I have since also successfully passed safety inspection. Thank you

We had a great time!! RV was as advertised and we were able to comfortably drive with two kids in car seats and 4 adults. Instructions were clear on how to use the amenities while in camp for hookups and non. Would rent from TJ again!

Tell you the process was so simple and T.J was more than accommodating. He was very communicative and let us pick up ahead of time. I appreciate the experience we were given experience being our first time. Rv was very spacious and gave us an amazing drive through the mountains with views. My family and I were happy and this really gave us a whole new expectation for glamping.

We had a great time! Amazing upgrade for camping. The RV was great for our needs. The maintenance is a little low.

We had an amazing three week cross-country trip with our six kids. We traveled 5,700 miles with very few complications. We had a rear tire blow out 30 miles into the trip. Roadside assistance worked well and got us back on the road. The back four tires had to be replaced and TJ was super communicative and helpful in ensuring we were taken care of. He paid for all costs directly and compensated us fairly for lost time. The RV has a lot of miles and is well used. It wasn’t to our initial cleanliness standard when we got it, but it only took a few minutes and some Lysol wipes to get it to our personal standard. The majority of the trip was nearly perfect otherwise. We had plenty of room and accomplished everything we set out to do.

This RV was perfect for our family trip across south Utah. Very easy to get to from the SLC Airport and easy transition into the vehicle.

TJ was very prompt with communication. The RV was perfect for our trip and we travelled several states. Everything worked perfectly in the RV and had zero issues. I would highly recommend TJ and his RV.
