Great American RV went above and beyond expectations. It was my first time renting an RV so there was some user error involved. When I had questions I received a quick response to resolve. I even received a FaceTimed with the provider when I didn’t exactly understand what I needed to do. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to us Great American RV.

Delivery and setup were seamless. RV has a great, roomy configuration with how the slides are configured. I would recommend and will rent it again myself.

Outstanding trip! Highly professional service with a unit that includes everything needed for the first timer or seasoned user. I appreciated that a weight distribution hitch was provided, which made for a comfortable tow. The pick up briefing was thorough and prepared me for setup and use at our destination. Super clean interior, strong A/C, TV/radio, and awning outside all made an enjoyable weekend getaway. Looking forward to booking again with this owner!
