Excellent experience having an RV trailer delivered to a camp site. The trailer was clean, communication was easy and timely, the camper worked well. For those interested, note the main limitation is you can't refill water at a campsite without running water on your site, so we just used the camp bath facilities but had plenty of water for cooking, dishes, etc. Having beds, refrigeration, stove, etc was a huge blessing and we plan to pursue this same option next year for our annual group camping!

Camper was clean and functionable. Awning worked well. Plenty of pans but table service for 4 was incomplete. Listing did not indicate coffee maker provided was a single serve k cup with only one coffee mug provided. Queen size mattress not very comfortable. Had the camper delivered. Contract specified having to be available at drop off to go over instructions for the camper with the host. We arrived on time to confusion with the campground due to camper being dropped off well before allowed check in and host never checked in with campground. We were stuck in the office for a bit trying to get it sorted out. Also then got no instructions as to the camper which would have been helpful, especially because the black water sensor didn't work and indicated a full tank at drop off (was actually empty thankfully). They then arrived 45 minutes early for pick up despite us choosing a pick up time in contract. Explanation was given unapologetically that had to be out by time we chose rather than just picked up. We had chosen a time an hour before park required check out. Thankfully we were almost done packing up. Delivery not a smooth process at all.

The folks at Family Fun RV Rental were great to work with. The trailer was very cute and exactly as described. I would definitely rent from them again!

If there was an issue we would have come out to fix the problem and make things right with you. We cannot fix a problem if we don’t know there is one. We hope you still had a great holiday weekend!

Our trailer rental went exactly as hoped. We picked up our trailer and were given detailed information about all important features. The Sonic trailer included all necessary accessories for our three day trip, including cooking and eating utensils. Cleaning supplies were provided, too. Shelley was very patient to explain everything and answer questions. The result was a wonderful camping experience for us. Shelley was willing to go out of her way to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend Family Fun RV Rental to anyone. They have a nice variety of trailer sizes to pick from and will work hard to be sure you have a good experience.
