The RV was well maintained, beautifully clean upon pick up. Felt safe and was thoroughly equipped with knowledge upon check in. Walked through and demonstrated how to use everything. Pop up was a great addition for sleeping and viewing purposes as well. Received reminders and videos via text. Communication was great. Only negative was as a shorter person I wasn't able to adjust steering wheel to get a better view of dashboard as I was sitting closer to steering wheel. Spacious HUGE amount of storage!!!!

Blacksford's service was exceptional with lots of little extras that made the trip seamless and communication was easy and responsive. The Solis camper van itself was very new and in great condition and had everything we needed. It was a perfect way to explore National and State parks of Utah and made it easy and comfortable to explore the vast region. Setup and take down were quick (basically none!) - that gave us more time to explore and see more than if we tented or stayed in hotels. The van was also easy to maneuver and park which was a big deal in the busy parks. And it was great to have all the comforts of an RV at the end of long hikes. Having a furnace and a warm meal while it was blowing snow outside after one hike felt like a little miracle. Thank you Blacksford for an amazing experience!

The rental experience at Blacksford was excellent. The staff (Morgan) was super helpful and the communication was great. The RV was clean and had everything we needed. They had a pantry where you could pick up things like, salt and pepper, oil, spices, etc. Also they dropped us off at the airport. We would definitely rent from them again.

This was my first time RVing, and now I’m addicted thanks to such a great experience with Blacksford in Phoenix. The customer service was top-notch: John was super responsive and thorough with his instructions and support. The RV itself (I rented a Winnebago Solis) was surprisingly easy to drive - I really appreciated having all the bells and whistles like backup and 360 degree parking camera, automatic cruise control, etc. It seemed to get very reasonable mileage, too. The RV itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and came equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience (linens, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies). I have nothing but super positive things to say about my experience, and I can’t wait to rent from Blacksford again soon!

After searching several sites, came upon Outdoorsy. From the moment filled out what we were looking for, process was so easy! We were connected to Blacksford, where Elise or Miranda answered all of our questions almost immediately! Once booked, we picked up van, & after brief but thorough run-thru with Cindee, were on the road! John texted us next day to see how we were doing and if had any questions/concerns. The personal touch, 24 hour HUMAN support and just sincere kindness was literally mind-blowing! Like..who does that anymore? Outdoorsy also sent us tips & ideas beforehand that were really helpful. We were given a one-year pass to any National Park…for free! That actually changed our agenda a bit, and we got to go to The White Sands & Petrified Forest parks (not previously planned…worth the visits!) Once we got back, John was there to greet us, and inspection was quick & seamless. John was so personable, we spent some time talking about the trip, past & future plans and he shared some of his adventures. I’m not one to often leave reviews unless the experience was completely unacceptable (I tolerate just about anything), or outstanding…this experience was above & beyond anything we had hoped for!! Our sincere thanks to Elise, Miranda, Cindee & John…You guys are truly the best!

Blacksford is an absolutely amazing company to rent from. The RV I had was fresh and clean for my trip, reletivley new and a joy to drive and camp in. The thing that sets Blacksford apart is their attention to detail, the little touches and their customer experience. If you’re looking for a Western Adventure near one of their 3 facilities, I highly recommend renting from Blacksford!
