Nate and Em are very nice and are quick responders to questions.
The camper was very clean and they had a nice gift basket of items on the table for us when we arrived.
Unfortunately, the hydraulics were not working so we could not open the pullout piece; and, on the second day of the rental the heater stopped working and would only blow cold air. We were in a very rural area and it was only 35 degrees that night, so we had to find other lodging.
It is my hope that we will hear from Nate and Em about the issues and we can work the matter out.
Things happen. I would use them again in the future if we had need of a camper; as I stated, they are very nice and seemed genuinely concerned for us to have a comfortable stay.

Thanks Tammy! Future renters - we provided full disclosure weeks in advance on the hydraulics (now fixed) and responded within 12 hours of the rental ending to confirm we’d be refunding the 2nd night. Related, we always provide phone # and are at the ready for any questions or issues during the rental; unfortunately in this case we didn’t learn about the problem until it was too late for us to help resolve. Not Tammy’s fault given the event logistics/cell service challenges, but noting that making people happy is our favorite part of offering our RV for rental!

Nate and Em were great! A charming couple, they were accommodating and efficient. The RV is very comfortable and in fine shape. Everything worked well. We would definitely rent from them again.

What a fantastic rental! Baloo drives like a charm and her comfort is superb. This Winnebago is cared for, evident in how clean and well maintained it is. The owners, Nate and Em answered any and all questions quickly. They provided an excellent set of clear instructions too in Baloo if needed. The queen size bed sleeps like a dream! There is no doubt that Baloo will continue to bring such comfort and joy to future renters!

We cannot say enough about how incredible this experience was. This was our first time renting an RV, so we knew nothing! Nate & Em were absolutely amazing in every way!From answering questions during booking, to a battering them with a constant stream of questions leading up to the rental date they answered everything fully and never made us feel stupid for asking basic questions.
We didn't want to drive the unit and our event was stationary, so we paid for drop off and pick up. We purposely chose an RV close to our event, so drop off and pick up would be easier. Nate custom parked it exactly where we requested, leveled it, and ran around to set up power and water. He explained all the inside and outside features and Nate gave us his cell phone # so we could contact him in case we had further questions. We did........and he worked everything out.
