The RV design was great.Except, we never actually met the RV Host. He dropped off the RV earlier than the arranged time so we never got a run-through of the unit. We had a bathroom that stunk with very little use, and even with extensive conversations, the RV Host never visited us to resolve the smell. At one point, the smell was so bad we had to put towels under the door, then we had to move out. Out of our two week rental, we stayed just 8 days, and we didn’t get a visit from the RV Host at any time. Sadly, all of the explanations for the smell were that it was our fault, not the RV. We were told the tank sensors were not working, so we never knew how full the tanks were. With bad smells and bad tank sensors, it was difficult to know what to do.We wouldn’t call this the best customer experience at all.
