We had an amazing time in the van! It was my sons first camping trip. Scott was so communicative and helpful. Will definitely rent again!

We (family of 3) had such a great time in Van the Adventure! We stayed super warm with awesome insulation panels and extra blankets. Did a loop through Massachusetts and explored some forests and had fun in the snow. An adventure for sure. My kids want to rent it full time, haha. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting Scott’s van. He met us at the airport and we drive the van up to Acadia for a perfect Fall camping trip with our family of four (two boys ages 8 and 10). The van was outfitted with everything we needed to camp, sleep and prepare all our meals. Scott planned to meet us at the airport for the drop off and, due to some crazy holiday traffic, we were delayed by an hour. He was super flexible and it was able to accommodate our late arrival with no problem. I would not hesitate to book this van again for our next New England adventure!

We had an amazing week with Scotts Van travelling trough Maine and New Hampshire!
Scott is a great and very friendly host and was very fast to respond to our messages.
As described in previous reviews people above 6 ft will have difficulties to fully strech out in bed.

My partner and I couldn’t have asked for a better first taste of van life: an eight-day road trip up the coast of Maine with Van the Adventure. A camper van was the perfect size for us. Roomy enough to move around the van with two suitcases (we flew in from the West coast), a cooler, and a road bike, yet compact enough to park in coastal towns and drive into Acadia and Baxter (the latter state park had a 9-foot vehicle height limit). The camper was very clean when we picked it up—and I have high standards for cleanliness! I also can’t say enough kind things about Scott, who was so easy to contact and communicate with. The only downsides I can think of are (1) it can get little hot at night and (2) my 6’2” partner, who likes to switch between many sleeping positions, had to stick with “only” fetal position to fit in the bed. All in all, we had so much fun adventuring with Van the Adventure and would choose Scott and his camper van again in a heart beat. :)

We have nothing but good things to say about both Scott and his van! Scott is super helpful and replies quickly. We took the van for a spin for a weekend and absolute loved the size of it, as it is small enough to park almost everywhere, but big enough to be comfortable when inside. All the details were on point and the van was nice and clean. Will definitely rent the van again some day!

We had a great long weekend camping in VT with VanTheAdventure! The van is in great condition and Scott provided a lot of useful supplies. Scott was very accommodating and helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect vehicle for our overnighter to visit family in a nearby state. It was a comfortable ride, plenty of space for our things and enough to give us our own sleeping space - myself on the top bunk and my taller husband in the space below. Scott met us at a spot that was convenient and went over details on the vehicle. We would definitely use the van again for similar trips.

Great van! rustic charm! Everything we needed. We used facilities at the campground. Great experience! The kids loved it!

The van was everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Van was in very good condition and drove well. Comes with generator and camp stove and other amenities. Scott is also very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing van! Scott’s build is super functional and versatile and I thoroughly enjoyed my first solo overnight van experience. The van is ready to take on any adventure and elevate it with thoughtful, useful comforts. Thanks for the hospitality and generosity Scott. I highly recommend!!

VanTheAdventure was awesome! Highly recommend, Scott was a huge help and always there when I had a question. The van was like brand new and had everything we needed. It was a great trip thanks to the van!

Scott was responsive and helpful with my questions and concerns before, during and after the trip. He was always quick to respond. I was able to view the van prior for a quick tour. Being able to do so helped me plan what I needed to pack as well as feel comfortable with the setup and equipment prior to departure. In addition, Scott generously included a cooler, camp stove, kitchen items and camp shower. The van was clean and proved to be the perfect fit for my journey. I would highly recommend Scott and this van to anyone. Looking forward to renting the van again next summer.

Fantastic April break with 13 yr old son. Van was perfect for our trip to Long Island. We forgot a few essentials and Scott was kind enough to provide. Highly recommend the camper van.
