Trailer not as promised, i.e. not prepped. Both grey/black water tanks turned out to be full, I had to empty day 2 of trip (probably cost me some extra gas money hauling 500lbs. of water 3.5 hours--I could really tell the deference in trailer weight hauling the empty trailer home). Hot water heater was disassembled and did not work. Trailer not cleaned as promised (supposedly per covid protocals whatever that means) - don't see how that could be the case if stove top/microwave were both greasey/uncleaned when we picked up (we never used--brought a portable grill with us and cooked outside). Carbon monoxide detector was not working properly and had to be disconnected as it continued to beep loudly, as result we were afraid to use the gas heater and had a couple chilly nights at 47 degrees. Lastly, the remote for the TV was MIA. John was flexible with drop off and pick up and he always answered the phone each and every time I called.

Very nice camping trailer. Perfect size for us and it was easy to tow behind our Suburban. John was very helpful throughout the whole process and he provided detailed instructions for how to use everything.

John was very accommodating with our pick up and drop off times which made our trip that much less stressful. The trailer was clean and we had no trouble hauling and setting it up.

John was amazing. He delivered the camper and set it up. He stayed in contact with us the whole time. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Awesome trip. The camper had everything we needed and the pick up and drop off was super simple. Very nice owner and very accommodating.
