What a debacle the day before our trip started the owner contacted me and let us know that the Trailer was no longer available and tried to replace with a smaller trailer. Later that day after we decided that wouldn't work I was diagnosed with Covid 19 and wouldn't have been able to make it. she was unwilling to refund after she couldn't live up to the terms of the original agreement. Lousy experience and Outdoorsy was no help recovering the money either. I will not use this service again.
