Great comunicaton and training for us as first time RVers. Unit was very dirty when we took possession but we were credited for the cleaning fees since leaninding didn't happen.

Communication with Danielle was super easy and she always replied within a few minutes. But the RV was not clean (fridge & bathroom) at pick up and Danielle made a claim of $350 against my security deposit after the rental for what she considered a damaged bench. We both inspected the bench during the return and 2 screws had fallen off. I asked for a breakdown of the $350 incl. a cost estimate from a repair shop, but Danielle refused to provide those. Instead she asked me to not text yer anymore. Very unprofessional and not reputable. I disputed the claim with Outdoorsy.

Great experience. Second time renting a class C and it was great. Danielle was super responsive and answered all questions promptly. She was also very flexible with pick up/drop off timing.

The RV worked out perfectly for our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon and was stocked with everything our family needed. Driving the RV was easier than expected and all of the mechanical elements generator/propane/water tanks etc are all very straightforward to operate. The owners were wonderful to work with and Danielle was quick to respond to the few questions we had.

Danielle was absolutely top notch and beyond helpful!! Even before I booked, she was very responsive to all my messages. She even gave me a phone call to answer all of my questions! She has the most generous geny allowance out of all the listings on Outdoorsy, too.
The RV itself was just what we needed for our family of 5 to take an 8 day trip to Zion, Bryce Canyon & Grand Canyon. It was very easy to drive and use- even in the mountains!! We dry camped a few nights, and it was just as easy as when we had hookups! The RV was stocked with literally every you nerd- just bring your clothes and groceries (she even had toiletries, camp chairs, pantry items, games, you name it!)
Danielle and her husband we so helpful to us when our flight home got cancelled as we were returning the RV. They have us a good hotel recommendation and made sure we had an Uber and hotel booked before leaving us. Thank you so much for making our family trip out west a huge success!!

We had an AMAZING experience with this RV rental and Danielle. She was flexible with us for pickup as we were flying into Las Vegas and picking up same day. We are first time RVers and they did a great job explaining everything we needed to know before taking off. This RV was easy to drive and operate. We had no issues at all getting everything hooked up at the campsite and had a great time at the Grand Canyon with our two kids. Beds were very comfortable for everyone and it was stocked with everything we needed - which was great since we only had what fit into our suitcases flying in from FL. Thank you Danielle for letting us check this off our bucket list and make some amazing memories 🙌🏼

Great adventures with a great and clean rig and I dubbed her "White Lighting". She was easy to drive and has a comfy bed. (which is somewhat unique in RV's). Danielle and her Husband are awesome folks and quick to respond to any and all questions. 10/10 would recommend and if we do a trip leaving out of Vegas agian we would not hesitate to book their rig. You can't go wrong with "White Lighting"!!!!! 😊😊😊

We enjoyed our first trip out West. The RV was a great way to see several different locations in three states on our trip. Danielle was always helpful and very responsive before and during our trip.

Danielle is very nice, she is very responsive to our questions and needs during the rental. Her RV is brand new and in perfect shape, and she provided all the towels sheets pillows, complete set of cooking utensils and plates, even spices and some snacks and water. The RV handles great, everything working, generator, hot water etc. bed is very comfortable for us as a couple ( in the bedroom) and our kids ( in the bunk bed). She is very generous and included 8 hours of generator use per day with the rental. We took the RV to Death Valley national park and had a great trip. The RV is very easy to drive, we are first time RV’ers and enjoyed our trip a lot. Danielle also was very flexible with our pick up and drop off time pre-agreed and answered all our questions patiently and handed us the RV in great cleaniless and condition. Highly recommended, thank you Danielle

We had a great time with this motorhome. It drove great and was in great shape. It was clean and easy to use all the systems. It was a great size for me and my two boys. It was easy to drive and maneuver. Danielle was very friendly and easy to work with. She responded to questions right away and was on time for both pick up and drop off. They had the rv well equipped for a trip. Sheets blankets towels were all included. We will definitely rent with them again for our next trip.
