William is easy to work with and a genuine person. He even showed me how operate every aspect of the camper, which was a great help. The camper was clean and everything it was advertised to be. I would recommend renting from William whichever model you chose.

Everything was great but if it had not been, I would not have hesitated to call knowing William would take care of it!
