Keith was great to work with, and his RV is wonderful! Fully stocked with everything our family needed and more. He has modified his RV in ways that make it an extra comfortable stay.

Outstanding experience! Our original RV fell through 2 weeks before our vacation and we were able to secure another vehicle in a couple of days. Outdoorsy made it simple to make the changes needed. Our host, Keith, was involved and accessible the entire trip. Fantastic service! His RV is clean and completely stocked with whatever you need to camp. He has thought of everything!

Great RV, perfect condition, lots of extras, fully equipped kitchen. Owner as true RV professional explained me everything and shared a lot of good advices how to handle this RV. It was a lifetime experience for me - I have fulfilled my dreams. Thanks for being a part of that.

Keith was wonderful to deal with. Honest flexible and very informative on RVing. His motorhome is non pretentious but sound comfortable full of little extras and easy to maneuver through out our trip. And wonderfully maintained and loved by its owner! We are definitely new outdoorsy fans!!

My first Outdoorsy experience couldn’t have been more mixed.
I booked Keith’s van because of the value and I guess you what you pay for as the saying goes.For starters, I rented the vehicle for 5 days and 4 nights. I initially missed my flight due to a car accident and Keith worked well with me in picking up the vehicle a day later. I am a bit disappointed because even though I rented the vehicle for 5 days, I was charged mileage as if I had only rented it for 4 days. That’s odd to me because I paid for that day. Regardless, that will be worked out through claims I hope.
This is where the fun starts, I pick up the vehicle and there is a battery with extra jumper cables in the front seat. Very odd but I soon found out why. The battery in the van couldn’t hold a charge so every time, I mean every time I needed to start the vehicle, I had to carry the extra battery and jumper cables to start the van.
Not my idea of a good time jumping out of the car in the middle of Vegas or Zion to get the vehicle jumped. I think over the course of those 4 days, I jumped it at least 15 times.
When picking up the vehicle make sure it runs properly. If I could put zero stars on the mechanical side I would but one is the minimum.

Keith was great, he gave us a detailed overview of the vehicle and told us everything we needed to know on the day of pickup. The rv was in great condition and had everything we needed. We had a blast!!!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT! Broke down and lost a days trip and itinerary along lost money from that day reservations I had in another state. Car would stall, AC had problems, generator broke down, the shower would leak everytime someone showered. I then got a different bill at end of booking after we had already signed agreement on what final costs would be, more or les a $15 difference. Not over $50 as my deposit got charged more than agreed upon. I spoke to outdoorsy and they could not resolve issue either. I have sent numerous emails and thru app texts and no one can respond to me. Not a good experience.

We had a great time using the rv. The main disappointment was the A/C in the cab only blew out hot air so leaving Las Vegas in the summertime was uncomfortable. Fortunately the generator-run A/C kept the rest of the rv at a decent temperature until we got up to higher elevations.
