Irene (the Airstream) was phenomenal. Chris was so communicative and my first rental through Outdoorsy went by without a hitch, well, no pun intended. The camper was clean, full of water, propane, and all the necessary equipment upon arrival. It was such a great little trailer for our small family and was the perfect way to introduce my wife into the camping life. We got so many compliments on the road, at Mission Bay, at gas stations, at the campgrounds, and thumbs up from fellow motorists on the road. Would definitely rent through Chris and Kim again, but maybe try the 22’ Bambi next time. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

Our family rented the Winnebago Revel and had a great time! The equipment was in exceptional condition, they went over everything in detail prior and we had a great trip. We cannot recommend Rent Betty highly enough.

We rented Kimberly's Sprinter for five days of dry camping in Joshua Tree and it was absolutely the perfect choice. Highlights included: organized and well stocked kitchen, electric sunshade awning, ample battery power (2 solar panels, lithium batteries), easy operating instructions, retractible bed for gear access, comfy Mercedes driving experience .... but the best part was how flexible, nice, and attentive Kimberly was through the whole process.

We had a great 9 days of camping in the Grand Canyon with this airstream. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom has lots of counter space and a wonderful shower. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Solar charged the battery everyday (we had a sunny campsite). Nights were below 32 degrees so we used the heat. Chris and Kim were extremely helpful in showing us how everything worked and were flexible with pickup and drop off times. We look forward to renting again.

Awesome van, very clean, well stocked, and good overview from the owners at pick up. I took it to Mammoth for a ski weekend, it handled well and kept me and the pups warm at night. Stayed lakeside near hot springs, which I totally wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. Would totally rent again!

Thanks for making our silver anniversary themed getaway very special! Had a memorable experience and look forward to booking another adventure with Betty or one of her sisters. Betty was clean, spacious and was the envy of the park (had a few people taking pics next to her).

This Revel is completely tricked out, from the suspension to the extra lights from tip to tail! Turned out to be too much van for us, but Kimberly was very kind and flexible.

This was our first time in a Sprinter, and we chose RentBetty to get us started and we were not disappointed. Since it was our first time, we did a 5 day test loop between San Diego, Joshua Tree NP and Channel Islands NP, with a few stops along the way. Kim and Chris were patient with us in teaching us how to use everything on the van, were very responsive when we had an issue (like when we accidentally flung the cassette toilet cover into a pit toilet at Joshua Tree -- heads up, they fly off easily and are hard to replace!), and were super helpful overall.

Trip was fantastic!!! I'll break this review into 2 parts: 1) Kym @RentBetty was phenomenal from start to finish. High level of customer service starting with answering any and all questions during the booking process, and she took her time during the vehicle pick up to walk thru each feature of the rig to ensure we were comfortable with all the functionality. 2) the vehicle itself is RAD!!! Not only is it easy to drive / operate, but it just flat out looks sooooo cool!! We had a number of people approach us at each campsite and at each pitstop asking questions and wanting to sneak a peak at the different added options: the added lighting, the lift, the suped up front bumper, etc. The whole family loved it, and it very comfortably slept out family of 4 (two young toddlers) during our week long camping trip. This truly was the total package - great customer service and a great vehicle. Thanks @RentBetty!!!!

Chris and Kim were absolutely amazing. The Airstream was in great condition and Chris spent plenty of time to make sure we were prepared for the weekend trip. I would definitely recommend Betty to others.
