Thank you so much. This was our first trailer experience and your trailer was perfect for us. Easy to tow, set up and pack up. The best thing was it is stocked with everything you need. All you have to do is load your clothes, bedding and food.

Jacob was terrific to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Trailer was perfect size for us and was easy to tow. We encountered some strong winds on our trip, and the sway bars that are included with this hitch really help. Would definitely rent from Jacob again.

We have camped in motor homes but this was the first time with a trailer. Jacob was very thorough in explaining the hookup details and all of the functions in the trailer. The manual and laminated sheets were helpful to serve as reminders and provide additional details. It was a breeze to tow. It was very well equipped. We had several questions once we had set up and both Jacob and Morgan were immediately available. I would recommend the Brockmanns to anyone wanting to camp in a trailer for the first time.

Our first camping trailer trip was a great success! I was a bit nervous at first, but everything went well. The trailer was just the right size for my family. It's ideal for 2 adults and 3~4 kids (the main bed is a good size for adults, but the bunk beds are a bit small for teenagers).

We had an outstanding time thanks to the Brockmanns. They are awesome. So easy to communicate with, so open and detailed in their walkthrough of the trailer. Their laminated sheets explaining step by step how to set up the trailer, how to work the water/sewer and a checklist for leaving we’re incredibly helpful, but they also said not to hesitate to contact them should anything arise. I think that’s an underrated facet is dealing with great, great people. But the trailer was also really fun. We took our 10-month-old and 3-year-old kids and the older one slept on the bottom of the bunk beds and our little one slept in a pack-n-play that fit easily with the dining table pulled out. Great trailer, especially for how lightweight it is. We slept great on the queen bed, and they had everything we could possibly need as far as utensils and pots and pans and all that. Even sent us off with a cool goodie basket. Also has TV and DVD player and they had about every kids movie you could think of, which was great for getting our kids to wind down. Overall we’d definitely love to book with Jacob and Morgan again someday.

This was our first time camping with a trailer. Morgan was very accommodating. She was very responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. Several week before our trip she gave us a tour of the trailer to see all of its features and to make sure it was compatable with our Tacoma before we made the reservation. The RV was well appointed with kitchen ware, outdoor chairs, large ground mat, and cleaning supplies. The trailer worked very well. It was comfortable with nice large bed. Thank you Morgan!

We are a family of six , 4 kids age 6 and under, my wife and I. This was our first time renting a trailer and using one all together. Morgan was super helpful ahead of the trip providing me information to help me make our decision to rent. In addition, during pick up she spent over an hour to explain all of the ins and outs of pulling a trailer and hooking up once we got to our destination. She made our first trip with a trailer very seamless and she also did a great job at helping us to understand what to expect during our trip. The trailer was super clean and everything functioned properly. The trailer was loaded with everything you could need for your trip including DVD’S to keep the kids busy while we figured things out. She even left a goodies basket for the kids with snacks and activities to do and coffee pods for us ( yes the trailer has a Keurig coffee machine). I would 100% rent this trailer again and I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful time.

Morgan was super sweet in trying to make this work out for us. REALLY appreciate the kindness and hospitality, even though we couldn't go. Kids appreciated the gift basket too, very thoughtful!!

Communication was amazing leading up to our trip, all they way to delivery. Even with picking up the trailer. Having a great experience and stress free!! I would rent from this couple again anytime!

Very well stocked, super clean and comfortable trailer! All we had to pack was clothes and food...they thought of everything else. The owners were super informative and thorough with the walk through, making us feel very confident for our trip. Great to deal with! Would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful first camping experience at Flowing Lake in July 2019. Their trailer is on top of our favorite trailer list and it turned out the perfect try out before the purchase. It was super-clean, perfect setup with rear bunks for our family. There're many gimmicks here and there we learned e.g. toothbrush holders, paper towel hanger, toilet paper holder on the back of the cabinet!
Thank you Jake&Morgan! Next time, let's go camping together :)
