We had a really good time with this RV. it was our first time with any RV and a warning, there’s definitely a learning curve. Josh was extremely attentive and patient, fielding my calls over the weekend and patiently guiding my through queries. I highly recommend him.

This was our first time renting an RV. Josh was very helpful and offered advice whenever we needed it as we planned for our trip. He was quick to respond when we messaged him with a question before and during our rental period. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely do this again!

What can I say? It seems rarer and rarer these days to experience genuine and real "customer service", but Josh and his lovely wife showed us it still exists. Doing business with Brotherly Love you can expect quick response times, clear explanations of EVERYTHING, more repeat and patient explanations (haha) along with a true interest in ensuring your trip went well. First time RV'ers here and would not have wanted to have this experience with anyone but Josh and Brotherly Love Rentals. There was a tiny technical snag before our trip but Josh and Caitlin worked tirelessly to make sure our pick up and departure day went off without a hitch. The vehicle was so clean and fun. Thank you again Josh.

Family vacation in Josh’s RV was a blast. Communication with Josh was impeccable, answered any and all questions promptly! RV was clean and comfortable with extras such as camp chairs, table, coffee maker extra..

We rented to be able to stay on the property where our daughter's wedding was held. Josh was a gracious host and helped us to feel his RV was our home while we had it! We would recommend Josh and more importantly, we would rent from him again.

We rented this RV for 4 weeks in September 18 to travel up north via Maine up to Canada and along Ontario lake back down. Thank you Josh and Caitlin for making this great experience possible. At first, I was not sure if using Outdoorsy and renting a privately-owned RV was a good idea. But no regrets. This camper was clean and is in good shape and we were given a good introduction into the functions. The Camper is spacious and thus let us enjoy even the one or other odd weather experience this rainy fall in Maine and Canada. It is great for a family of six and well equipped with kitchen stuff and other useful items on a real RV experience. On our Return Josh was not fussy but reasonable and fair. I assume this can normally be a bit tricky with privately owned RVs as they are often the owners baby. Dear renters, we can fully endorse renting this RV.

This was our first RV experience and it was great! Josh and Caitlin were very friendly. Josh took his time to answer all our questions. The RV was well maintained and had all the essentials. We went to upstate NY without any problems. The kids loved all the different sleeping options, especially the bunk beds!

I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and trip. Not only was it great service and communication with josh and Caitlin, the RV was beautiful and had every thing we needed to make our trip a great success. I highly recommend this RV to anyone interested in any kind of trip. And I know that if I were to go on a trip in the future they would be my first call.

Great RV and will definitely rent again from the Griffins. They have a great RV with very easy to follow checklists and instructions for the newer RV driver. A ton of room with two slide outs, full fridge, great oven and stove. We used the TV and outdoor speakers for entertaining. Plenty of room for out whole family plus some guests that stopped by! RV drives and handles very well - engine is sized correctly and the air ride is much better than other RVs I've rented. They maintain the RV meticulously and it is very clean and stocked with all the necessities which makes it great when packing and planning. Highly recommend!!!
