The RV we got wasn’t the one we originally wanted but Alex worked with us and our last minute trip to provide a more than adequate service and space. The RV was very clean, came with more than what we needed for our 4 day trip and easy to manage. We without a doubt intended to rent from Alex again in the future and recommend him for long trips and honest support.

Coming off of a ten-day rental. Alex helped us out of a bind by providing this RV when our other larger/newer RV was cancelled days before our trip. I am grateful for this, and upset at Outdoorsy. He is communicative and the RV is reliable with no issues. All around, a good operating vehicle with many amenities. I'm only giving it four stars because there was no king size sheet included with the $350 bedding package and the awning light didn't work

Alex was great to work with and was super helpful in accommodating my last minute request after my previous booking cancelled two days before departure. The RV was bigger than we planned/needed but it was well appointed and maintained and we got lots of helpful information when it was delivered. The RV was easier to drive than I expected and it was a great home base for our trip. I loved the slide out living room area, which was huge, and having a microwave, oven and stove!

The RV was very nice snd clean. Everything worked well including the A/C, for which we were quite thankful as the first three days were 100 degrees. This RV was not stocked with anything so be sure to note that. They do put it in the description. Alex was friendly and timely enough. There was a day or so lag with communication, but not worrisome. All in all, would recommend highly!

He's a liar, he wants to get extra money from me because he made up that I had damaged things and it wasn't like that, and he was also angry because he wanted me to deliver the RV 2 hours before the time I had reserved because I had reserved it on another application for another client. It was very frustrating. I will never rent again.

I thought we had an understanding and that you agreed to cover some of the repairs. I was willing to take a loss and cover other items myself. I’m sorry to hear you feel this way.

We had a cancellation from an owner who sold their RV and Alex was willing to work with us to accommodate our needs at the last minute! He was very helpful and we appreciated his responsiveness as well!

It was an amazing trip in the RV. Worked great. It was very clean. Only complaint is the listing states 6 seatbelts. There are only 4.
