Amazing service!! Carlos was so communicative and helpful from the get and the camper was just right for our weekend to Turkey. It was stocked, clean and the set up itself was so smooth. We will definitely use this service again in the future. Thanks y'all!

Carlos was excellent to work with—his communication was clear, timely, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward.Unfortunately, the condition of the camper did not meet expectations. The flooring felt soft and unstable in several areas, and the couch showed significant wear, including a section that had been patched with duct tape. In the restroom, portions of the flooring were coming up. At the end of the trip, while removing the sheets to assist with cleaning, we noticed the mattresses were in poor condition, with one appearing to have possible mold.

Carlos went above and beyond to assure that everything was taken care of from the delivery, the set up, and the pick up and communicated with us during our entire trip. The rv accommodated our family of six and made our trip the most enjoyable experience to have our own space and privacy and not feel crowded. I highly recommend booking with J’s RV and I will definitely be booking with them again! ⭐️🤩💯

The RV was clean and well-prepared upon delivery, which made our experience stress-free from the start. The fresh pillows and linens were a huge plus—we didn’t have to pack as much, which made traveling much easier.
