Excellent communication. Normally responded in minutes. Helped me work through some questions quickly. Camper is in immaculate condition. I only have one negative comment. There was a horrible sewage smell in the camper. When dumping the black tank for the final time, I noticed there was not a cap on the cassette. Just a little oversight, that really had a bad result. Thank goodness it was cool enough to sleep with the windows open and the fan running. Quite unusual for Florida in mid-May. Other than that, it would be 5 stars.

This cozy trailer was just right for our trip—it is small but exactly as advertised in the photos. We were worried about our first Outdoorsy booking, but Sonya Jayson, along with her crew/family, made it a wonderful, stress-free experience.
Truly appreciative! We had a fantastic experience! Highly recommend with a peace of mind. They were very nice, helpful, communication was on point, and such a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to future adventures!

Took the T@B to Fort Wilderness for the weekend, couldn’t have asked for a better rig. Everything worked great, it was spotless at pickup, and Sonya made the whole process simple. Great introduction to teardrop camping. Five stars, would rent again.
