The setup was so seamless and RV very nice obviously brand new. The day of check in we were told we were not able to use the awning. This was actually a huge disappointment because it was communicated last minute and sneakily. The listing said it had 3 outdoor chairs, it did not. The RV had no outdoor floor mat and no broom, so cleaning was extra annoying and lots of dirty feet. There was no cutting board for prep or outdoor cooking/cleaning utensils for the included griddle. Overall great value, Kim was very nice and attentive but details matter!

This rental experience was phenomenal. Kim was super sweet and nice. Customer service was superb. I had seen other RVs, campers, etc. from visiting my friends who camp quite often, but this was my very first time renting an RV for my own travels, and the bar is set very high. The photos don't do the space enough justice, as the full beds are bunk beds in a small bedroom and not built into the wall. That bedroom has a sliding door and curtain for privacy, and its own bathroom. Our two teen girls loved that! The main bedroom has the shower, but there are two doors, so you can access it from the living room or the bedroom. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the curtains kept the morning light out well so we could sleep in. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils (including plates, bowls and cups). Spacious fridge, the stove worked great, and there's a microwave instead of an oven. A/C system worked like a dream, and the hot water was amazing. We were with a group, and the more experienced RV travelers set up a nice hangout spot on their site, so this was a perfect home base for us when we weren't doing group activities. Some of our group mates got to take a look and they agreed with the amazingness, so even though I don't have a reference point, they camp several times a year, and can confirm. You won't go wrong with this one.
