Gurvinder's vehicle was exactly as described. He was very cordial and helpful in explaining all the features when we picked up the van, and then was available by phone and text during the trip to help us troubleshoot issues that we were having. Our family had a wonderful trip touring Yosemite. I would definitely rent from him again. And if there is a place to add stars for individual aspect of his service that would get all 5 stars.
