DO NOT RENT THIS VAN!! I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT THIS VAN!!
Charged me $1400 for 2 nights with all the “add ons”, including a $250 dumping fee!! Which had I known it was that much, before I entered the gated community to return the van, I would’ve dumped it before entering!! (& it was only used once in an emergency & it was only liquid) I even brought the van back earlier even tho I agreed to the extra $100 charge for choosing to pick up & drop off outside the 1pm time frame.
He charged me for using the generator even tho it was connected to a power source the whole time!
& I wish I noticed the mileage fee before I booked but also think he should’ve mentioned it when he learned the trip I was going to take that was way outside the allotted miles!
I feel like this is some sort of scam.
I’ve rented 2 other times by 2 different people & they were not like this AT ALL. Upon entering the van, there were markings on the steering wheel as well, which might mean different things culturally, but nonetheless, considering today’s climate, could be considered poor taste.

I understand your frustration and why you left a negative review. When you returned the RV, you mentioned that you and 3 teens had a comfortable trip. I realize the disappointment came afterward once the additional fees—clearly stated in the listing—were applied. Pickup and return time is 1PM, but you picked up early at 9 and returned at 4:30PM, and you already agreed on the extra hour charges. The dumping fee was applied b'coz the black tank was returned almost full, I had to take it to the dump station. For mileage, the RV doesn’t have a generator, so you were charged only for extra miles beyond the included 100/day at the listed rate. The steering wheel marking is an auspicious symbol meant for safety, protection. The RV was returned dirty, with food wrappers in bedding area and shoe marks on table from climbing instead of using the pop-top ladder. All charges follow Outdoorsy policies and what is clearly stated in the listing. I’m sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations.

Great trip. Very nice campervan, brand new, easy to drive. Very responsive hosts. All around great experience.
