We had such a great experience renting this RV through Outdoorsy! Communication with Ernie was easy from the start, and he was always super responsive whenever I had questions.
Pickup was incredibly smooth, and Tom was amazing to work with. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to walk us through everything. As first-timers, we learned a lot about RV life from him and felt really comfortable before hitting the road.
The RV had everything we needed and then some. There were 4 adults on our long weekend trip, and it was the perfect setup for us. And honestly, once you get used to driving this bigger-than-some-SF-apartment vehicle, it’s totally manageable 😂

Tom and Ernie were fantastic hosts! Very thorough and responsive communication from the days leading up to the trip until the day of returning the RV. On arrival we were given a thorough walkthrough leading us to feel more comfortable with the setup process. They were easy to reach for questions and we valued their laid back approach. We had more than enough space to navigate during all of our stops.

We had a fantastic experience renting Tom and Ernei’s 2020 Thor 31W for our weekend trip to Redwood National and State Parks. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Tom and Ernei were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and took the time to walk us through all the details before we hit the road, which made the trip smooth and stress-free.
