My friend and I rented this RV to crew the Leadville 100, and we had THE BEST TIME. It's lifted, handled great, and we got a ton of compliments on it!

The RV was great. It was clean and worked great for the most part. However, we were clear from the start that we would be going to a lake, and staying on the lake. When I asked about returning and cleaning the camper she said, just sweep and I'll do the rest. I swept out the camper several times, wiped everything down, cleaned things we didn't use and let her know that there would still be sand to be found when we returned it. We also paid for a cleaning fee when we rented the camper. They charged us $400 to get the RV detailed and then charged us for using the generator which we only used for about 30minutes total on a 4 day trip. I was so excited to give these folks a good review, however, I feel like they took advantage of a security deposit to get their RV detailed. Disappointed.

To clarify for future guests: the additional charge was for mileage beyond what's included in the listing, not generator use. Checkout instructions ask that floors be swept, trash taken out, and dishes washed. We did say not to worry about stripping the bedding, we'd handle that. Upon return, we found trash left in the restroom can, and sand piled throughout the RV: in the cab, cup holders, window seals, stove top, and worked into the sheets. Mattresses and dinette cushions had to be fully removed to clean it out. There was also chocolate on the side of the bed. This was far beyond what the requested checkout tasks would have addressed; it looked as though sand had been tracked straight from outside into the RV & beds. With another guest arriving shortly after, and because we aim for every stay to be genuinely great, a full interior detail was necessary to have the RV ready in time. The fee was based on the most reasonable of three quotes we received. We hope this clears up the charges

Alan and Crystal are amazing hosts. extremely responsive and will go out of their way to accommodate you and meet your expectations. They cared about our experience. The camper came with all the bells and whistles and they even provided us with the perfect extras for our trip. We had a truly great experience renting with them. We definitely will re-book with them!
