We had a fantastic experience. The communication was on point and very easy to deal with Zach and Jacob. The RV was top notch, very clean and stocked up with everything you will ever need. Things are well labeled easy finding, the RV is easy to drive and we had no troubles to navigate camp sites and the roads in the national parks. It also gave good gas milage. We were 6 people and there was ample space to get around, store luggage and food. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are doing camping with no hook ups then the fridge will work only while the generator is on so we stored the food in coolers with ice as the it was hard to keep the fridges cool enough. I give 10 out 10. The experience was amazing and the RV delivered more than we expected it to deliver. The propane lasted the entire trip as we cooked every day, the TV was a nice bonus for the kids even though we kept the kids off of it for the most part, comfortable beds, and lots and lots of supplies like cleaning detergents, towels, toilet paper, linens and towels, just superb.
