Everything was exactly as described. The VAN was clean and in great condition. Bing is super pleasant and fantastic with covering all of the details! He even included a guide with pictures they explains every detail of operating the RV.

We had a great experience with this adventure van! We had never traveled in an RV before, but Bing made it all so easy by supplying a user guide that is very easy to understand (PDF in advance and printed copy provided in the van). Bing was extremely responsive, and answered the few questions that came up during the trip within minutes. The van is clean and in very good shape; it has a few little dings but is representative of what we might look to buy for ourselves someday (i.e. gently used), so it was a perfect way for us to try out Van Life for a week!

I created the guide specifically for first-time RV travelers, with the goal of making everything as simple and easy to understand as possible. I wanted guests to be able to quickly find answers in the guide whenever a question comes up during the trip. Of course, I’m always happy to respond quickly if they need any additional help.
Also, regarding the three small cracks in the windshield, the damage claim has already been approved by Outdoorsy, and I’ll have the windshield replaced soon.

Bing and Zoey were great! Communicated very well, provided a detailed usage manual on the RV. RV was clean and well maintained. They were flexible with pick up/drop off times as well. Would absolutely rent from them again !

This was one of the best camping trips I took with my son. I’ve never driven an RV and Bing made it extremely simple by providing a well put together picture user manual. The van handles incredible and the amenities were perfect. He was very easy to reach and got back to me right away after any questions I had. I will be renting from him again! Very well maintained RV!

This van was fantastic for a week long trip to the national parks. We hit Monument Valley, then went onto Bryce and Zion. The van is well cared for and has everything you need for a great trip. Bing was a fantastic host and communicated very well. He provided detailed instruction for every part of the van’s systems. I highly recommend this van.

Great van! We piled three adult males into this with all our gear and it had more than enough power. The perfect set up for car camping. Bing made everything easy. Will 100% rent from Bing again if I ever need a camper van out of PHX area.

This RV made for an amazing trip of the National Parks! We made it to Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, and Saguaro National Parks. We slept very comfortably thanks to the AC system and the bed roll/down comforter provided by the host. Most cold nights we didn’t even need to turn on the heater! We were able to fit about a week’s worth of camp meals in the fridge and the kitchen was great for cooking small easy meals. We were able to spend 2 or 3 days in national park camp sites with no water or power hookups and still operate comfortably, which we were surprised at the capacity. It drives super well, we felt like we both got a handle of it really easily, and the car play hook up was great for all the navigating. The host was very responsive and helpful through the trip either with helping us figure out all the gadgets (although the guide they provided was very detailed) or providing helpful recommendations about stops along our way. I can’t recommend enough! See the pictures for some of our favorite spots we got to see with the RV!

We had a fantastic time in Thor!! It was exactly what we needed for our first RV Trip - easy to drive, very well stocked with all of the travel essentials and Bing was a great host. Very communicative from booking through to dropping back off and took the time to explain to us how everything worked. We would definitely rent from him again!!

This is a great RV. It is easy to drive and park. Comfortable on the road with minimal road noise and vibration. Plenty of power for the highway hills and steep campsite roads. Perfect size refrigerator. Bed set-up is excellent for a 19' van - not cramped, and don't have to crawl over each other to get to the bathroom overnight. The topper mattress provided a home-bed like experience.
