The awning was broken when we opened it the 1st time. Owners were notified and stated it had just been repaired. They also insisted that the greywater tanks were not full even though we contacted them several times because the panel said they were full. They only came to inspect once the kitchen sink backed up. At that time the husband stated the mechanic, for the awning, left the tanks full and he was not aware. He did empty the tanks as we had 2 days left. He also said we could continue to use the awning at 75%. We decided not to do so. To add injury to insult they filed a claim with their insurace insinuating we were somehow responsible for the broken awning. They just didn't seem aware of what was going on with the RV. Even with all that it was still a good trip and the RV itself was nice and as described in photos. I would have prefered to know about the awning because it was not necessary for me to use.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Long day of work on Friday to pack up and arrive with absolutely everything you could need and some. Jennifer was great and we WILL use her every year.

Our stay in the The Imagine Wagon was great! The camper is lovely, well stocked, & the queen bed was the best camper bed we’ve slept on. David was responsive & helpful. Would not hesitate to rent from Jennifer & David again!
