The communication with John was good he always responded back promptly. The only bad part of the communication was that the listing states TV/DVD, Radio which neither of those worked and he didn’t inform me of that prior to renting, the signing of the paperwork or driving off in it. So, the whole trip and drive was with no working radio or TV for at night. Overall, his RV was available last minute and it did get us to our destination safely. It was fairly clean not a deep clean but it appeared to be clean. But I would have truly appreciated knowing ahead of time that all the amenities that were not working/available it should have decreased the value.

Working with John was a pleasure. He was courteous, on time, and made us feel welcome. The RV was perfect for our family of four. The interior was tastefully remodeled, and inside had everything you needed for cooking etc. Everything worked as it should, and we had zero problems. Will be renting with John again!
