The trailer was very nice. It comes with the best hook up equipment, tongue jack, etc. we harldy used the trailer due to a short trip. Generator worked great, just loud. Heater worked great. Kids liked the oversized bunks. Would be great for a longer stay.

They were able to rent to us last minute.
They did give us the trailer with the black tank at or above 2/3 full, and the grey tank at 1/3. Then they charged us for a tank empty fee after we did empty all tanks.
The trailer had signs of normal wear and tear for a popular rented camp trailer—it was a little dirty, not a big deal for us. But when we returned it (we had cleaned the surfaces and swept and mopped) they charged us a full cleaning fee. They did not give any instructions on what state to return the trailer, they just charged us.
Pick up and drop off was unpleasant. They weren’t welcoming, warm, or friendly.
Trailer advertised having solar which was important for our trip, at pick up they said it didn’t work.
Trailer advertised being 24ft, it seemed much larger. I didn’t whip out a measuring tape, so I could be wrong.

10/10 experience for novice trailer campers like my husband and I. Will be using there services for future trips and cannot recommend them enough.

Had an outstanding camping experience! The guys at Totally Hitched were great to work with. They everything was in great shape, they showed me how to operate everything, and made sure we were well-prepared for our camping trip. The camper itself was clean and everything worked perfectly. It was the perfect setup for my family, and I'm sure we'll be renting it again for our next adventure!
