Tyler was easy to work with and the van was great. Plenty of cargo space for a week long camping trip and then some!

The car battery died while we were completing our trip, unfortunately. Also, the AC was not working properly. One of the authorized drivers contacted the owner about this issue.

I was not told about the battery dying. The lights would need to be left on all night for that to occur. I was informed about the front AC (not roof system) AC not working correctly, I could not replicate the issue myself but the van is now at the Fletcher Jones Mercedes van service center where they are doing a full diagnostic. Anything they find will be fixed.
